Home Visits || Including Assited Living Facilities
As part of our commitment to serving those in our community, our physical therapists are willing to travel to meet your rehabilitation needs at home and to various assisted living facilties if you are unable to safely leave home. Our unique exercise programs are tailored to your individual needs whether it be for general conditioning, balance, strengthening, post-surgical therapy, functional maintenance, posture, joint mobility, and/or assistive device training.
Our staff regularly commutes to:
- Highgate Senior Living Facility
- Emeritus Senior Living at Spring Meadows
- Bozeman Lodge
- Individual homes as indicated
